Limited Warranty This statement from Lee's Drywall Tool Repair, LLC is outlining the warranty we provide. This is a 60-day warranty on the failure of a part that we install in a consumer's tool. If the part that is replaced is faulty and pre-maturely breaks due to normal usage, we will work with the dealer of the part to get a new one if they refuse to replace the part free of charge you will have to pay for the part, but the install will be free of charge. You will also be pushed ahead to get the tool back to you as soon as possible. You may not ask us to fix anything else but the part the tool was returned for. This warranty will be at our discretion of whether it is warranted or not, wear and tear is not warranted. For example, if we fix a corner head and you send it back within the 60-days, saying the part is faulty, when the tool gets examined and our service leader can tell you dropped it, then we will not warranty it. You have no say in whether we will warranty the tool, you have no rights to a warranty. You DO have a right to good service, and we will for fill that to the best of our ability. There is a 7-day warranty on the workmanship of the tool. If there is a problem with the quality in which the part was fixed you have 7 days from the time it is delivered to you to call about a return in order to fix the part properly. You must be willing to send the tool back within 48 hours of the call. To which the warranty is of our discretion of whether we will fix the tool free of charge or not. You have no rights to a warranty in this manner as well. If the customer buys just the part from us there is no warranty from us whatsoever, the parts manufacture may have one and we will help you in figuring that out. ALL SALES AND SERVICIES ARE CONSIDERD "AS IS." However, Lee's Drywall Tool Repair, LLC will do everything we can to give you the best drywall tool service money can buy. We also test all of the tools before we send them back to you.
